USG by the Numbers provides information about academic programs and data on student enrollment, retention, graduation, and degrees conferred. Click the links below to access the definitions of the reports and reports for recent years.

Academic Programs

Search to find a program of study in a University System of Georgia college or university.

Enrollment

Enrollment reports provide fall headcount enrollment and can be broken down by race/ethnicity, gender, and special cohorts such as first-time freshmen, transfers, undergraduates, graduate students, etc.

Retention Rates

Retention rate reports provide information on fall cohorts of entering students who return in subsequent fall semesters and can be broken down by degree level, number of years tracked, full-time/part-time status, race/ethnicity, and gender.

Graduation Rates

Graduation rate reports provide graduation rates for fall cohorts of entering students and can be broken down by degree level, number of years tracked, full-time/part-time status, race/ethnicity, and gender.

Degrees Conferred

Degrees conferred reports provide the number of credentials awarded in a fiscal year by academic program and award level (certificate, associate, bachelor’s, master’s, etc.). Reports can be run on a specific institution, sector, or the whole system and can be broken down by race/ethnicity and gender.
